Summary
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers and partners to drive new business opportunities. This role serves as the first point of contact in the sales process, working closely with multiple sales teams—including Outside Sales, Inside Sales, Banking Partnerships, and Software Partner Sales—to generate high-quality leads and contribute to revenue growth. BDRs must be proactive, adaptable, and skilled in prospecting, relationship-building, and articulating the Basys value proposition across different sales channels.
