Highly skilled Business Application Development Lead with Business Application Architecture skillsets that must think through all aspects of the project, able to gather requirements, design applications, develop and create automated testing for features delivered. Our ideal candidate is an experienced lead who has the skills to design, configure and coach no code/low code teams to build custom SaaS Solutions as part of an Agile development team building enterprise-level enterprise systems. This team will work closely with operations and sales to derive requirements and drive out solutions.

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Possesses exceptional interpersonal skills that foster team growth and development.
• Proficient in rapidly assessing and integrating API Integrations from a diverse array of SaaS platforms.
• Adept in discerning when a custom API or Logic App is necessary to fulfill specialized requirements.
• Engages in collaborative efforts with colleagues to build stakeholder relationships and facilitate organizational change.
• Demonstrates the capacity to effectively manage interactions with demanding clients.
• Advocates for the seamless transition of technical solutions from the development phase to production, adhering to established protocols.
• Experienced in leading Agile Teams, fostering a dynamic and responsive work environment.
• Actively engages in Agile practices, including daily stand-ups, iteration planning, demos, retrospectives, and program increment planning.
• Conducts peer reviews to ensure compliance with standards and best practices.
• Maintains close collaboration with business and Product Team Stakeholders to streamline requirements and the design of technical solutions, while keeping stakeholders informed of status and technical challenges.
• Influences and educates stakeholders by creating prototypes, conducting demonstrations, and showcasing platform capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in software and application development with thorough knowledge of SaaS platforms and how to integrate and monitor success within these platforms.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SQL, data analysis, building database queries
• Solid understanding of business application development processes and the full software development lifecycle; strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent process orientation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the demonstrated ability to design effective business solutions.
• Experience generating and documenting requirements and/or user stories and documenting work/code with process workflows, architecture diagrams, and design documents.
• Knowledge of Bankcard industry and its procedures is preferred

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, or other related fields is preferred
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading or managing the building of SaaS or Custom Code business applications.
• At least 2 years’ experience in performing or managing the development of Architecture to create extendable SaaS applications
• Strong Communication Skills Required
• Ability to lead, guide, motivate, and direct the work of others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, Logic Apps Sugar CRM or equivalent, Nintex or equivalent RPA solution
